1. What Is the Minimum Age to Purchase Instapod Products?

You must be of legal smoking age in your state / country.

2. What should I do if my device don't charge?

1.Please check if the device is properly charged

2.Please replace the other adapter and cable to charge for half an hour to test.

3.Please use the adapter recommended in the user manual for charging.

3. What should I do if the unit fails to ignite?

1. Make sure the device is turned on.

2. Make sure the device is fully charged.

3. If it still doesn't work, please try a new cartridge to see if that solves the problem.

Instapod provides a quality warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of our authorized distributors and wholesalers who sell our authentic products. If you have purchased the product from our distributors or wholesalers, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.


Empty cartridge, coil, pod, glass, and other consumable products do not apply to this after-sales service.


Please contact the store where your device was purchased, keep your proof of purchase well in case of needing warranty service. Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have the following:

  1. Date of purchase is within the 14 days Warranty Period
  2. Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
